Our practice is held at every Tuesday in term time. Ringing for Sunday service is at .
Address:
If you're a fresher, or simply unfamiliar with Nottingham, that may look far from campus. But fear not, with Nottingham's public transport system you can use a combination of bus/tram and your legs.
You may already have a year pass for tram or bus. In that case that will probably decide your choice of transport method.
If you are on University Park Campus, then you are spoilt for choice. If you are coming from the north side of campus then it may be easier to venture slightly outside of campus to get the NCT Orange Line 36/35. If you are on the south side of campus (nearer the lake) then either the tram or 34 bus could be used.
If you are coming from Jubilee campus, or from the offsite halls of residence nearby then NCT pink line 28/30 buses can be used. If you are especially eager, you can also get the 29 bus from outside the Exchange building, however due to the timetabling you would arrive at the tower 30 minutes before practice. Which does allow for a pre-practice pint, albeit to the detriment of your ringing ability.
Get the 34 bus from East Drive (downhill from Portland building steps)
Get off at Canning Circus
Get the 28/30 bus from Triumph Road
Get off at canning circus
Keep walking until this corner
Keep walking down this street
Until you see Raleigh street
Walk until gates
You can get any tram from the University of Nottingham or University Boulevard tram stops towards the city centre (the usual destination is Hucknall, but can change if there is disruption).
Get off at University of Nottingham Trent tram stop. Walk alongside the Arboretum/cemetery until tower comes into view.
